CW 4.0 documents display incorrectly in CW 4.0 in Mac OS 9

I have recently moved my CW 4.0.v04 WP files from a Mac running Mac OS 7.5.5 to a Mac running Mac OS 9.2.2. The Mac OS 9.2.2 Mac is running CW 4.0.06. Whenever I open any of my WP files, they display incorrectly, tabs are added, words are moved down lines, and blank lines are even created. I have the same settings as I did on the Mac OS 7.5.5 machine, and cannot find a way of fixing this problem.
One example is a 199 page document that the text on the last page originally filled the entire page, now is barely fiulls up half of the page. No text seems to be missing, but tabs being added is really messing up the display I had set up.
Any help would be appreciated.
