Pages numbered list. How do I format numbers?

Does anyone know how to modify the size and font of the numbers in a numbered list? Pages allows you to modify the size and kind of bullets and custom images, but I can't see any options to change numbers. Your help is GREATLY appreciated, thanks/grazie! Silvia
