Hi - ran into an odd situation at one of our elementary schools. The school is running appleworks 5 on OS 9.2.2. The students created slide shows and the files of the students were copied from the file server to a Lacie external hard drive. The teacher copied them from the external drive to her desktop. When she opened the files and tried to print, the default for the printer was to print to the envelope feeder. If a sheet of paper is selected instead of the envelope feeder, the document changes in size (thinks it was to print to an envelope). Any suggestions as to cause or remedy.
