Pages won't print.

I went back to some old text that I had used in teaching ten years ago. I had to add .cwk to each name to bring it up on AppleWorks. They come into view correctly. But when I try to print a two or three page document only the first page will print. I have been unable to get pages two or three to print.

But when I try to print a two or three page document only the first page will print. I have been unable to get pages two or three to print.

With a document open, from the Format menu, select "Document...". Make sure the document page numbering starts at page "1" (or when you print, specify the appropriate starting page number if it's other than "1").
