Adding a title to a spreadsheet

After several months without using A/W SS I can't remember how to add a title. Using 'Insert Header' splits the page into 4 parts. I've inserted titles before, just can't remember how.
I couldn't find any info in a search of the forum. so appreciate some help.

This is sorted now. Had some messed-up settings.
