How do you print a database without database field names ?

Build a layout that does not include the field labels.

If you just want the list, go Layout (menu) > Layout (menu item) to view the format of the layout you are using.
Go Layout > New Layout > Duplicate to make a copy of that Layout. Name it Fields only (or something similar).
In the Layout, select all of the field labels (but not the field frames), then press delete to delete them.
Select the field frames and drag them to new positions if you want to rearrange the appearance of the page.
When it looks the way you want, go Layout > Browse to see the result.
