Am I being thick or something?! How do you sort a column in a table or list into alphabetical order? i.e. Data, Sort in Word.

How does one sort into alpha order using AWorks #6? Have tried to grab Claris spdsheet from server but does not open w/only AWorks installed on ibook. Tried but could not complete install of Claris cd, due to error msg. Thus want to generate list in AWorks which is connected to a printer!; is it possible to sort into alpha order using AWorks #6??
